Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on the shipping location within Egypt:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and will be clearly displayed before completing the order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen factors.
