Refund policy
At CEV, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return Request
Customers may request a return same day of receiving the order by submitting a return request through our Refund Form https://cev-eg.com/pages/return-refund-request or by contacting our support team.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment via a courier service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Inspection Process
Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection to verify that it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, the refund process will begin.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the original purchase, where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or product nature. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable.
